About Babù
Hello,
And so Babù Antwerp was born out of my love for interiors, architecture, travel, photography and interesting materials. Interior design is so much more than putting up beautiful things. It is a way to reflect your personality in your home. Moreover, that is what makes your house a home, a warm place where you can be yourself.
I am Bénédicte. Since childhood I have been into beautiful and unique things, things with a story, made from an exceptional material or with an unusual texture. I am a mom of 3 boys, married and work as a photographer. A few years ago I decided to leave my career in finance. I went back to school where I studied interior design.
At Babù Antwerp, we select from worldwide collections the pieces that are handmade, appealing in color or texture or simply unique. The story of family ownership and search is truly part of our uniqueness. We want to offer you a range where you can experience that warm, minimalist atmosphere at home. Objects from up close but also from exotic places that make you dream away. For us, craftsmanship and the sustainable nature of the production process is also a very important factor in the search for our collection and our partners.
In my search for a place to stock my treasures, I fell in love with the building where our showroom is now located. After a thorough renovation, from there we can send our online sales to you but our showroom can also be visited. In order to offer a personal approach and guidance so that you can view everything calmly and without pressure, I have chosen to open the showroom by appointment. This is also possible in the evening or on weekends. Then together we look at your project and your needs to obtain a customized solution. We also regularly organize open days where you can visit the showroom without an appointment. So be sure to keep an eye on our social media channels or subscribe to the newsletter to stay informed.
Feel free to wander around our treasure trove and we hope you'll be amazed to find that piece that gives your interior your stamp.
Lots of love,
Bénédicte
